At MrBricky, we put a lot of care into every order. Still, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned or you may change your mind. No worries! We’re here to help. To make sure your return goes smoothly, please check the guidelines below.

Return conditions

A return is possible as long as the following conditions are met:

• Your return request must be registered with our customer service and sent back within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation email.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, including sealed bags/boxes and protective materials, in their original condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process it as quickly as possible and keep you informed every step of the way.
