Where we ship from

All MrBricky orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
We ship worldwide and carefully prepare every order by hand.

Shipping partner

All packages are shipped with PostNL, for both domestic and international deliveries.
This allows us to provide reliable shipping and clear tracking for your order.

Shipping costs

The Netherlands & Belgium
Shipping costs: € 4,50
Free shipping on orders over € 30

Other Countries
Shipping costs: € 10,00
Free shipping on orders over € 30

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order processing & delivery times

Orders are hand-packed and shipped the next business day after your order is placed. Delivery times depend on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 2–3 business days
• Other countries: Delivery time varies based on destination and local postal services

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Out of stock & delayed shipments

In rare cases, certain brick colors or parts may temporarily be out of stock. If this happens:

• Your shipment may be delayed up to a maximum of 2 months.
• You will always receive a clear notification during or after placing your order
• You may choose to:
  • Wait for the shipment
  • Or request a full refund

If you prefer a refund due to a delay, please contact us at info@mrbricky.com and we’ll help you right away.

Returns & refunds

Not satisfied? No problem.

• You can return your order within 30 days.
• Items must be returned in good and original condition.
• Once received and checked, we’ll issue a full refund.
